Nobu Chicago is opened to the public starting October 1st
- Batuhan UNobu experience is top level experience. Waitress to chef. Everything is considered high end standard. I recommend booking. My wife mentioned dinner is for anniversary and they congratulate us and even made a favor writing on dessert plates " Happy anniversary" They gave offered a special food trial $150/person + drinks. Asked what we like, and any allergies. They prepared proper orders for us. 2 appetisers Salad Fish Meat Sushi set 2 deserts I tried to type in my experience but you need to try to understand. Definitely worth the money.
- Amanda SMy husband took me and my daughter here for my birthday. Two of us did the Omakase prix fixe menu $135 each and was well worth it. Had several courses with super high-quality, and some unexpected ingredients, large portions, expertly prepared and presented. Several staff members delivered our dishes and described each in detail. Included some pics but there were even more dishes in the prix fixe. Excellent cocktails, I highly recommend the grapefruit on the rocks, it was a great pairing with all my dishes. For vegetarians, the crispy okra appetizer and mushroom soup were delicious. Desserts were otherworldly: whisky cappuccino and the hazelnut chocolate cake with miso caramel popcorn. The space was beautiful, upbeat vibe and music. Highly recommend!
- Megan GNobu Chicago is an amazing spot that you must experience when visiting the city. It’s taking years for the spot to finally open up in the West Loop area and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a very expensive meal we ended up spending around $400 plus per person with drinks. It was worth absolutely every single penny. The weight staff is incredible they are trained for over six months and they curated the entire dinner experience for us. We literally felt like we were royalty. Would recommend for a very special in occasion perhaps a wedding anniversary or something fun to celebrate. Love this place!
